Request for Expressions of Interest: Young People in Residential Aged Care (YPIRAC) North West Tasmania – Supported Accommodation Model


The State Government, through Housing Tasmania, is currently constructing a new accommodation complex in Devonport which will provide options for younger people in aged care to move into community based accommodation.

This accommodation option will provide specialist disability support in a community setting.

The support model will focus upon the provision of collective supports and oversight and may not include all participant supports; participants may also have other supports with other providers in their plans.

The Request for Expressions of Interest is open from 11 December 2017 to 19 January 2018.

Lodgement of Proposals

All proposals may be submitted electronically by emailing the contact officer as per the details below with ‘Request for EoI: YPIRAC North West Tasmania – Supported Accommodation Model’ in the subject line. If an organisation is not able to submit their application electronically, they are advised to contact the Contact Officer (above).

Any supporting documentation that cannot be submitted electronically can be sent via post and must be received prior to the closing time.
