- Brush your teeth morning and night with a soft toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste, spit out the paste and don't rinse. If you have dentures clean them well everyday.
- Wear a professionally fitted mouth guard when training and playing sport.
- Have regular dental check ups even if you wear dentures - don't wait until there is a problem.
